Local historian and colourful character Russ Wunker takes us on a journey back in time to explore Miners’ Bay. Through favourite stories—including the mystery of the Lost Indian Silver Mine—Russ revives a century-old legend now nearly forgotten, with local geology offering intriguing clues. He also shares how Miners’ Bay helped shape early tourism in Haliburton County, brought to life through vintage postcards, photographs, and memories.
